Inspection Supervisor

Midco Oilfield is seeking a highly skilled and experienced #inspectionSupervisor to join our team in our #cairo office (Maadi). The Inspection Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our Inspection Department. You will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians, overseeing equipment status and departmental needs, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of inspection technicians, providing guidance and ensuring they follow established policies & Procedures.
- Manage inspection equipment status, ensuring its functionality and adherence to departmental requirements.
- Document inspection results through comprehensive reports, logs, and data entry into the quality database.
- Implement and maintain quality standards in accordance with ISO 9001 & API requirements.
- Ensure compliance with LEAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Relevant educational degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the oil & gas industry.
- Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 & API standards.
- LEAA certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and data entry software.
